Service Description

These sessions are normally straddled by the initial assessment and a final report at the end. They form the core of any therapy which aims to work through the agreed OT plan and therefore focuses on stepped objectives. Whilst sessions are goal-directed, they often provide an 'added extra' that is simply derived from the reciprocity and problem solving therapeutic flow that takes place between the therapist and the client. Therapy can be very structured and have a practical focus but sometimes it can give unique insights and understanding that leads to a shift in thinking and how we go about about our activities of daily living.
